I started training with Matt 4 years ago at a previous facility and was so excited when he announced a new facility with some trainers I knew- and in my opinion, are the best. The equipment is in A-1 condition, feels sturdy, is the right stuff to aid the trainers train you well and the whole place is clean and accessible. Working out has become part of a new lifestyle for me- who would have ever thought I could really do it and keep after it? I know it never would have happened without a great trainer. Trainers must really care- not '1,2 3 give me 4 more' while looking out the window, must understand the human body to get maximum workout results and prevent injury, and must patiently encourage us. I'm describing Stay Fit.

Matt and the trainers at Stay Fit are a perfect blend of a full body and mind workout. In just a few months, I can tell the difference not only in the loss of weight and inches, but my focus and posture have adjusted which has really changed how I feel overall. Matt is a great motivator and really pays attention to how I’m feeling, and adjusts the workout accordingly. He’s not like other trainers, because he is methodical in his overall approach to helping you achieve results that are sustainable long term. I will remain a client for the foreseeable future, and would highly recommend trying out this team if you’re looking for a change.

Kate has done wonders with a 91-year-old patient of mine. She has worked with him to improve mobility, balance, gait, and overall strength. Her knowledge accompanied by kindness has a way of connecting with people to help them accomplish their goals in a safe, effective way. I highly recommend her.
